Hi! I’m Mallory — a Charleston-based private chef passionate about seasonal cooking, vibrant flavors, and meals that bring people together. My cooking is rooted in Mediterranean and vegetable-forward cuisine, with a focus on simplicity, beauty, and warmth.
My path has taken me from hosting events in the Hamptons to pastry classes in Paris to working in the hospitality industry in the Lowcountry.
Whether it’s a cozy weeknight dinner or a big celebration, I focus on what’s fresh, what’s in season, and how to make each gathering feel special. For me, the best meals are about more than food — they’re about the people, the setting, and the little things that make them memorable.
